About

FEATURING THE 6 WEEK HVAC FASTTRACK PROGRAM

Eliminating Barriers to Entry

Today, more than 80% of HVAC positions are filled through personal connections and networks, creating ambiguous and difficult barriers to entry for those outside established networks. Additionally, only 35% of the industry are People of Color. We aim to build pathways that make HVAC careers more representative of the diverse communities in the greater Boston area and seek to build pipelines to career advancement, leadership, and ownership.

Career Entry & Advancement

Once you get the skills and training with us, our next step is working with you to match you into a job. Not only do we guarantee job placement, we work closely on core skills to help you succeed in your first role and move up the career ladder as you continue to gain more experience. These career skills are key as you think about growing your career in HVAC and consider owning your own business one day.

Focus on Ready-to-Work Skills

HVAC is an exciting industry because the field is constantly evolving! That also means it can be tough to get started because there's always new things to learn. We believe that the hands-on learning is key so we focus on two main things. First, the basics of HVAC systems, tools and safety get you prepared for day one on the job . Second, we work on your career skills to get you noticed by your teammates and customers, but mostly to help you build a long-term career.

Community Support & Coaching

Entering a new industry can be tough and it's even tougher alone! We work hard to ensure that you have someone that you can reach out to with questions or for help throughout the program. You will also have 1:1 meetings to talk through your progress during the program. Finally, we use small group activities and encourage active participation so that you can get to know your cohort and lean on your peers for support.
